At RenzHost, we strive to provide high-quality web hosting services and transparent customer support. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms for service cancellation and eligibility for refunds.
1. Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on most shared, reseller, and semi-dedicated hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the account activation date.
This guarantee excludes:
Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers
Dedicated servers and VPS hosting
WHMCS licenses and software addons
Third-party software/services
Setup fees (if any)
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund:
You must request cancellation within 30 days of purchase.
Your account must be in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service or abuse reports).
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for accounts suspended for policy violations.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Domain name registrations & renewals
Dedicated IP addresses
Control panel licenses (e.g., cPanel, DirectAdmin)
SSL certificates
Software or third-party services
Migration services
Custom configuration or development
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time through:
Client Area: Log in to your account and request cancellation
Support Email: Send a written request to support@renzhost.com
Please cancel at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next term. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused service time beyond the 30-day guarantee.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:
Immediate suspension of all services
Permanent account termination
Forfeiture of eligibility for any refunds
We request customers to contact us directly before initiating any dispute, so we may resolve the issue amicably.
6. Timeline for Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
7. Policy Amendments
RenzHost reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
